Terms of
Service
The rules for using Creliora as a brand, creator, or agency — including escrow, contracts, and acceptable use.
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Creliora Inc. ("Creliora", "we", "us") websites, applications, and APIs. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use Creliora on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- Brands must be authorized to procure creative services and pay creators.
- Creators must complete identity verification (KYC) where required.
- You may not share accounts or impersonate another person or entity.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Campaigns & deliverables
Brands publish briefs describing deliverables, timelines, and compensation. Creators submit applications or accept invites. A binding workspace agreement is formed when both parties confirm participation under campaign terms.
All deliverables must be original work unless otherwise disclosed and approved. Brands may request revisions within the scope defined in the brief.
4. Escrow & payments
Brand credits lock in escrow when a creator is hired for a campaign. Funds release to the creator wallet upon brand approval of the final deliverable.
Payment processing is provided by Stripe and Stripe Connect. Creliora is not a bank. Chargebacks, refunds, and disputes are handled according to campaign records and our dispute policy.
5. Intellectual property & usage rights
Unless otherwise stated in a campaign contract, brands receive a license to use approved deliverables for paid advertising and owned channels as specified in the brief. Creators retain moral rights and portfolio rights unless waived in writing.
Creliora may host and transmit content solely to operate the service. You grant Creliora a limited license to store, display, and process content for platform functionality.
6. Prohibited conduct
We may remove content, withhold payouts, or terminate accounts for violations.
- Circumventing escrow or soliciting off-platform payments for Creliora campaigns.
- Uploading unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
- Harassment, discrimination, or abuse toward other users.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or abusive API usage.
- Misrepresenting metrics, identity, or deliverable originality.
7. Disputes between users
Parties should attempt good-faith resolution in the workspace. Creliora may review escrow disputes using campaign messages, contracts, and delivery timestamps. Our decision regarding escrow release is binding for platform purposes but does not limit legal remedies available to you.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Creliora is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee campaign performance, creator availability, or ad results.
To the extent permitted by law, Creliora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to Creliora in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
